Suspect named in Palm River homicide

PALM RIVER (FOX 13) - Detectives in Hillsborough County are looking for a man suspected in the homicide of a woman whose body was found last month in a ditch in Palm River.
Authorities say they have a warrant for the arrest of 22-year-old James Luis Scott, a.k.a. "Snoop." They believe he killed 26-year-old Evelyn Woodham, whose body was found on November 1st. Scott faces 1st degree murder charges.
Scott should be considered armed and dangerous, and may be in possession of a gun.
