Meteorologist Tyler Eliasen is keeping an eye on Tropical Depression 28, which formed on Saturday 255 miles south-southeast of the western tip of Cuba. He says it will likely become Tropical Storm Zeta on Sunday, but shouldn't impact the Tampa Bay area.

One has an 80-90% chance of becoming Epsilon in the Atlantic and says the other one is unlikely to develop into a named storm. The good news is that neither is expected to impact Florida.
