Winter's prosthetic made by same company as Boston Marathon bomb survivor's leg

People around the world who use prosthetic limbs have gained inspiration from Winter the dolphin's story, but a Boston Maraton bombing survivor shares a very special connection, having her prosthesis made by the same company that created a new fin for Winter.
