Pinellas County wants to renegotiate Cross Bay ferry agreement

Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, the city of Tampa and the city of St. Petersburg all pay the same amount to subsidize the cost of the Cross Bay ferry, but Pinellas County leaders say they are paying too much for something that really only benefits the city of St. Petersburg.
