Mother accuses foster parents of sexual assault

A Hernando County woman is suing the Department of Children and Families after she says her children were sexually assaulted by a foster family. Deputies have never substantiated the allegations but the woman's lawyer says the case shows there are flaws in how DCF vets foster families.
