How can Hurricane Agatha in the Pacific impact Florida?

Meteorologist Dave Osterberg says the Pacific's Hurricane Agatha will make landfall in Mexico and travel over some rough terrain. Its remnants would reach the Gulf this week, but it's unclear if that tropical moisture will reach the Bay Area -- or remain further south of us -- by this weekend.
