Son of fall Tarpon Springs officer sworn-in as member of TPA police department

The son of Charles Kondek, who was shot and killed in 2014, is now a member of the Tampa International Airport's police department. For Andrew, his swearing-in ceremony was a day filled with well wishes from those around him.
