Polk civil rights groups say excessive force used in teen's arrest
The family of a teen arrested at a Davenport motel says a Polk County deputy used excessive force when a stun gun was used to restrain her. Officials were initially responding to a domestic disturbance involving the 15-year-old and a pregnant 18-year-old.
