Tampa City Council to discuss victim advocate program

Tampa police hope to help victims of gun violence with a new program that would also pay them money. Following a crime, loved ones and victims are left with bills to pay, lives to mend and sometimes struggling to figure out 'what's next'? The city is considering putting the money behind the program.
