Florida law student fighting to get brother out of Ukraine

Six months after the war in Ukraine started, Volodymyr Boitchouk is still trying to get his brother home. He says his brother is an American-born citizen but he's also a citizen of Ukraine, and that's the problem. There's a rule in place that bars Ukrainian men of a certain age from leaving the country in case there's a draft.
