Babies rescued from Russia have reunited with their family

A rescue from Russia allowed an American couple to hold their twin babies for the first time. Their surrogate got caught in the middle of the war in Ukraine and the infants ended up in Russia, and they would still be there if not for a Tampa-based rescue team.
