Senate unanimously passes federal big cat bill to curb private ownership

Wildlife advocates are celebrating the passage of the Big Cat Public Safety Act. Carole Baskin of Big Cat Rescue in Tampa has pushed for decades to get the legislation passed and now it's headed to President Biden's desk to be signed into law.
