Consultants favor 2 Gas Plant District redevelopment proposals

In a matter of days, St. Petersburg's mayor will announce which of the four Tropicana Field redevelopment proposals he wants to move forward with. Thursday, a consultant suggested only two of the four plans meet his criteria.
