Federal judge dismisses Warren vs. DeSantis lawsuit

The long-awaited decision is in on former state attorney Andrew Warren's lawsuit against the governor. The federal judge denied the request from Warren to get his job back after Gov. Ron DeSantis removed the twice-elected Hillsborough state attorney for 'neglect of duty.' The judge said the governor violated the state constitution, which is not within the court's jurisdiction.
