Stiffer penalties for hate crimes

As people remember the horrors of the Holocaust, anti-Semitism is still a major concern today. A Palm Beach State Representative said Florida has seen an increase in hate crimes and anti-Semitism through the years, so a new bill aims to land stiffer penalties against those acts.
