Rays-Hines proposal chosen to redevelop Tropicana Field site

During Mayor Ken Welch's State of the City address, he answered a long-awaited question about the future of the Tropicana Field site. After years of planning and proposals, he selected the Hines-Tampa Bay Rays plan to move forward.
