Dashcam video shows deputies rush to domestic situation

Sheriff Al Nienhuis said deputies were "put in a no-win situation, as they often are" when they fired shots at a suspect who was entangled with a victim during a domestic violence call. Both were hit by bullets, but both are expected to recover.
