Troopers stop wrong-way driver

Florida Highway Patrol arrested a wrong-way driver early Saturday morning. Adonis Adames, 23, drove northbound in the southbound lanes, starting at I-275 and Busch Boulevard in Tampa, and went 13 miles up toIi-75 and State Road 56 in Wesley Chapel, according to FHP.
