Sarasota County purchases 290 acres of green space for preservation

Cattle-grazing land has been targeted for development across Florida, but Sarasota County recently purchased 290 acres to protect it. It sits on a border between Sarasota, DeSoto, and Manatee counties. Officials say it?s important to maintain for Florida wildlife.
