Family of man mistakenly declared dead still distraught

A police report is shedding light on what two Clearwater Fire - Rescue medics did and didn?t do when they responded to a cardiac arrest call and pronounced a man dead last month, who was actually still alive. Those medics are still on administrative duty and under investigation.
