Tampa considers yet another plan for wastewater disposal

After two failed proposals, the city skipped acronyms like "TAP" and "PURE" and asked Tampa Bay Water, which serves unincorporated Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties, if they'd like to use the water.
