Shooting suspect arrested in Tampa will be transferred back to North Carolina

A fugitive from North Carolina, accused of trying to kill an entire family as they tried to grab a basketball from his lawn, turned himself in at the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. During a Friday court hearing, it was determined he will be extradited back to North Carolina.
