Sugar Sand Festival continues to benefit community

Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival has been a crowd-pleaser for years on Clearwater Beach. This year, it shows. Organizers said they are expected to top last year's economic impact of $30 million. It all goes to benefit the artists and organizations that make the area one of the top beach destinations in the U.S.
