Hillsborough sheriff petitioning to prevent animal cruelty suspect from adopting, living with a pet

Hillsborough County deputies said a woman was arrested for abusing a dog for months in its owners' home. It came to an end after a hidden camera was installed. The 9-year-old Husky had fractured ribs and a broken jaw. She is also blind in one eye.
