Illegal immigrant arrested in deadly Polk County crash

The driver charged with causing a deadly wreck in Mulberry faced a judge Wednesday afternoon. He will remain in custody due to federal agents placing a hold on him. Sheriff Grady Judd revealed the man is in the country illegally.
