Tropical systems kept at bay
FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber says we are seeing warmer waters throughout the Gulf of Mexico and into the Caribbean Sea, but dry air and strong wind shear are keeping tropical systems at bay. Weber says it?s basically the same story as we go into the next five to seven days with no signs of development.
