St. Pete golfer wins title despite diagnosis
After graduating from North Side Christian High School, Ryanne Jackson went on to play golf in college. But then, during her freshman year of college, Jackson was diagnosed with scapuloperoneal muscular dystrophy, a rare disorder that can cause the weakening of and wasting of muscles in the body.
