Tropics remain quiet as water heats up

FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg is keeping an eye on the tropics as we work our way through the first week of August. He says right now the tropics are quiet and he expects things to remain calm for at least the next week thanks to warm water in the Atlantic and a wave of Saharan dust.
