Victim testifies: Man accused of attempted murder

Enrique Ruz says Ciriaco Delacruz tried to kill him after he told Ruz he committed a crime. Ruz says Delacruz and his drug dealer were headed to a Hillsborough County trailer park to do drugs before he was attacked.
