Bond set for Stacey Abrams relative

The brother-in-law of former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams was accused of offering a 16-year-old girl money in exchange for sex. Gardner, who is also a motivational speaker, made his first appearance virtually in a Hillsborough county courtroom on Saturday.
