$5 million construction fraud scheme

Four men allegedly posed as a disabled veteran-owned company to take advantage of a law that gives preference to those businesses. An indictment revealed that Matthew West, Roberto Gonzalez, Kevin Kutina and William Gonzalez are accused of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
