Expanding youth programs

Months after the deadly shooting in Ybor City, the city of Tampa hones in on new solutions to keep the community safe. One solution up for discussion on Thursday is a curfew for teenagers, and in response, Tampa Parks and Rec is working Tampa police to expand one of the city's youth programs.
