St. Petersburg officer-involved shooting update

Pinellas County Sheriff's Office released video related to a shooting that happened Saturday. According to officials, 28-year-old Germaine Small shot at a car outside the Shady Side Food Market and into the home of a blind elderly man before being stopped by police.
