Bartow police officer arrested: Sheriff Grady Judd

Grady Judd spoke with Deputy Chief Stephen Walker from BPD during a press conference on Wednesday. PCSO says 24-year old Markanthony Fernandez was arrested for improper conduct with teenage girls.
