Deputies chase man accused of diesel theft, hitting HCSO vehicle
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says 24-year-old Kiusler Perez Ortiz was arrested on Saturday morning after being caught siphoning diesel fuel from a gas station. According to deputies, Ortiz hit an HCSO vehicle when he tried to evade law enforcement.
