Noise ordinance meeting in Dunedin

The City of Dunedin is cracking down on nightly noise from local businesses, and it's all from an ordinance requiring them to vacate customers from their patio spaces by 11 p.m. on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Now, businesses and residents are fighting that regulation.
