Shore Acres prepares for heavy rain

Shore Acres is one of those neighborhoods in the Tampa Bay area that has to worry about flooding for just about every heavy rain storm. With a tropical disturbance on the way, neighbors who have just gotten back on their feet after last year's hurricane season are hoping changes made in the community help them stay dry.
