Tropical system unlikely to develop in Atlantic
FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber is watching two areas of interest in the tropics, but neither is expected to impact Florida. Weber says Invest 94, which is in the Atlantic is looking less likely that it will turn into anything. It only has a 10% chance of development over the next week because it has dry area surrounding it and is about to head into an area with high wind shear. Invest 95, which is in the Caribbean has a 50% chance of development over the next week and may become a tropical depression before entering Central America. Once it goes into the Pacific Ocean, Weber says it could possibly become a named system as it heads west away from the United States.
