Captain Dylan Hubbard says the new moon is bringing lots of moving water and fish activity. Inshore, trout are on the move to the back bay and upper bay, while flounder are also active. Nearshore, hogfish are active as the cold front moves into Florida, along with mangrove snapper. Offshore, red snapper is back open for everyone.
