Family adopts hurricane rescue dog "Trooper"

FOX 13's Jordan Bowen reports on a dog named Trooper who has been adopted by a South Florida family after being rescued on the side of a Hillsborough County highway by its previous owner in the run-up to Hurricane Milton.
