Tampa weather | Rain ahead of colder temperatures

FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg says rain will move through midday on Wednesday, followed by much colder and drier air. Lows will drop to the 30s and 40s on Thursday, but temperatures will be back to normal by Friday.
