Captain Dylan Hubbard says fish are active with a full moon coming up Sunday. Inshore, redfish are active throughout the entire region, while live shrimp and flounder are also good bets this time of year. Nearshore, hogfish are the ?center point.? Offshore, red snapper are biting well.
