FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg says temperatures won?t warm up much on Thursday, with the afternoon high only topping out in the mid-60s in many areas, possibly reaching 70 inland. Friday morning will be much colder, with temps in the 30s and 40s and even lower wind chills across the Bay Area.
