'Title washing' arrest highlights rampant fraud
FOX 13's Ariel Plasencia reports on a 40-year-old Hillsborough County man, Ahmed Njie, appearing in court Thursday on over 20 charges related to a "title-washing scheme." Investigators are urging anyone buying a used car to look out for fraud.
