State Supreme Court to hear case on TECO hikes

FOX 13?s Jennifier Kveglis reports on two Florida organizations filing appeals on TECO?s proposed base rate hike to recoup money lost during the three 2024 hurricanes in the Bay Area. The appeals are expected to be heard by the Florida Supreme Court.
