Dogs recovering from animal cruelty case

Two dogs, Stella and Bella, are on the road to recovery and will be up for adoption soon after being seized from their owner, the public utilities director for the city of Auburndale, who is accused of neglecting them. FOX 13's Carla Bayron reports.
