Tampa weather | Widespread rain for Tuesday

FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg says the Bay Area will see solid rain chances on Tuesday at about 70 percent, with the afternoon high reaching the upper 80s. Widespread rain continues Wednesday and Thursday before Saharan dust moves over Florida.
