Tampa weather | Storms building earlier Friday

FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg says rain will move inland earlier in the day on Friday with seabreeze storms pushing east. Temperatures will stay normal for this time of year as a result, with the high barely breaking 90 degrees in Tampa.
