Apartment makeover in University Area of Tampa

An apartment complex in the University Area of Tampa is getting a major facelift in appearance and safety. For years, it was called the Holly Court Apartments, and tenants said there were constant maintenance issues and crime concerns. Aaron Mesmer reports.
