Video: Ybor City crash suspect makes first court appearance

The Ybor City crash suspect, Silas Sampson, made his first court appearance in Hillsborough County. A Tampa judge has scheduled his next hearing, where the court will decide whether to grant bail or keep him in jail until his trial.
